"My flight was on time and so was the driver. But my luggage was lost and it took almost 2 -/2 hours to look for it and then fill out claim forms for the loss. the driver waited for me. I am very grateful that he waited.
If possible could you please give me a receipt for the additional 60 pound I paid for the wait time? It should say this was over the stated and prepaid amount.
