"The driver was NOT in a Toyota Avensis, and did not come over to the pub to see if we were his passengers. My husband had to go over to him to ask if he was a taxi waiting for folk. It would have been helpful if a) the driver had come over to the pub to see if waiting folk were his passengers, and b) if we had been notified of change of vehicle. We waited till nearly 10 minutes after 2pm to ask the driver - 10 minutes wasted for both him and the passengers. We were standing in the open in front of the pub, obviously waiting for a vehicle."

"Our driver was early to meet us and then proceeded to tell us that we were in the wrong place and should have met him in the car park. Our email did not inform us of this. He took our bags and raced ahead of us to his vehicle. He then proceeded to ask for money to exit the car park. The cost does not bother me but not being aware meant i was left scrambling for change. I prepaid as I did not have any sterling. His driving was erratic in places and he nearly collided with another vehicle. He also drove initially to the wrong ship terminal. His manner was surly as if he was rushed throughout. Also I booked the taxi for 11.15 as I knew we want time for coffee etc before transfer to the terminal. He arrived early (as did our plane) and then proceeded to make out that we were in the wrong place(as mentioned above) and rushed us along as if we were late/making him late. He asked us multiple times saying he was looking for us at 10/10.15...our flight did not land until 10.20/10.25."
