We had one carry on in the back seat with us, 2 on the front seat with the driver. The 4 large bags barely fit. The driver was very professional and we were happy with him. We simply were not happy about a much smaller vehicle. "

We called him to find out where he was at 2.05 to be told he only waits 20 mins from when he arrives regardless of booking time! He did offer after a lot of back and forth to come back and collect us but at 2.25 he still hadn’t appeared. Luckily we were able to grab another taxi and make our flight "

"The driver waited only 15 minutes and then left. The Queen Mary had us disembark at 10:30. I tried calling at about 8:00 a.m. to say that our departure was delayed but no one answered. The email they sent to me did not arrive until that morning, in my junk mail. By the time I finally made contact and was referred to the appropriate taxi firm, I was told the driver arrived at 8:30 and left at 8:45 and that my money would not be refunded. This left us having to book another taxi and pay again. It was a nightmare beginning to our trip."

"I had booked the 8 seater minibus to collect us at 11.50 pm, by 12.10 a 5 seater taxi turned up after 2-3 phone calls to see where he was. asked about the minibus and then received a phone call from another driver to say he would be at least another 20 mins due to a flat tyre'. We never got the minibus so I want the 58.00-pound back for the service I didn't get. This was so very disappointing at the end of my wedding day when I was tired and needed to get guest home that we were let down badly like this."

"I am assuming that you have charged me incorrectly - £81 for a 9 minute journey. Please recalculate and provide a refund. Instead of a 5-Series BMW we were picked up in a less than pristine Toyota Prius. It was too small for our luggage which the driver tried to cram into the boot. While we were met in the arrivals hall, I had to call the driver and when we were met, it was by a fairly scruffy, unshaven driver. We then had to walk with our luggage all the way to the railway station where he had left the car. I accept that our flight was late but we provided around two hours' notice. I do not accept that you could not provide the correct car. The £81 fare is an absolute rip off and, as I said above, I assume this was a mistake and I accept a refund to reflect the proper amount. We took a cab from the Cunard terminal to the airport yesterday and it was £26. I will never use your service again and will be reviewing your organisation on Trust Pilot and Trip Advisor accordingly. "

Had to go to car park. - Taxi then arrived ten minutes late (despite me being on time and giving precise updates on landing, baggage etc..) - The car (Prius) is small (I am tall and paid a premium for an estate) - The car is filthy. - The car smells of tobacco. - The driver did not know where he was going. - The driver was a nice enough guy but his driving was erratic. Next time suspect I’ll take my chances at the taxi stand. Would have been cheaper, faster and more pleasant. Thanks. - Anthony Day"

This is exactly what happened on our original journey the previous week from London. I queried this with Taxicode and was fobbed off by some load of excuses. Quite honestly this is a disgraceful scam. Also paid extra for larger VW caravelle which did not materialise, please send us a refund. Driver was very good."

Not wuthstanding the concern that everyone had that we will all get in separate taxes it was a matter of the cost. The difference between a mini coach and hiring taxes would have been half the price no one has come back with any suggestions of a refund. This is unacceptable no apologies have been received. This was for a 40 mile round journey and with family children we needed to keep everyone together."

"Driver was excellent and communications with him very good. There was a small delay due to a traffic jam on M25 but it was rush hour. My main complaint is with the app. I had given my flight details so the app should allow for the flight time. I had sent an email after check in to confirm I was on the flight so about 23 hours before the flight took off. No confirmation or contact details of driver provided. On arrival at Darwin I checked for response, None. On arrival at Heathrow I saw 3 emails from the app. What use it that when there is no way I could get or respond whilst on the 17 hour flight? Fortunately the driver saved you. The app is seriously weak. "

"A minibus was booked for 10 people, two cars arrived, one 6 seater which is far from ideal for adults. Return journey was still two cars rather than a minibus but a slightly bigger 6 seater. Still not what was expected and booked."

"We ordered and paid for a 16 seater minibus. Without notice a taxi turned up wheras the driver informed us that two more taxis would be arriving soon. Not wuthstanding the concern that everyone had that we will all get in separate taxes it was a matter of the cost. The difference between a mini coach and hiring taxes would have been half the price no one has come back with any suggestions of a refund. This is unacceptable no apologies have been received. This was for a 40 mile round journey and with family children we needed to keep everyone together."

"Driver was excellent and communications with him very good. There was a small delay due to a traffic jam on M25 but it was rush hour. My main complaint is with the app. I had given my flight details so the app should allow for the flight time. I had sent an email after check in to confirm I was on the flight so about 23 hours before the flight took off. No confirmation or contact details of driver provided. On arrival at Darwin I checked for response, None. On arrival at Heathrow I saw 3 emails from the app. What use it that when there is no way I could get or respond whilst on the 17 hour flight? Fortunately the driver saved you. The app is seriously weak. "
