"Although we were contacted by the driver on landing there was no greet and meet as we were informed and there was uncertainty as to where he was waiting. Also being advised of the make, colour and reg number of the car, the car that we ended up in was not the same and so again there was confusion. The driver though was excellent. I gave him a tip."
