"Very expensive for the journey which should have been around £30 was charged £85 plus b9oking fee, as I hadn't booked a taxi in years I thought it was the going price but to find out I'd booked through a third party I realised my expensive mistake, they sent 2 cars to collect on the outward journey and because the second car reported we had missed the collection our homeward journey was cancelled so had to phone and rearrange, not really a good service the saving grace was the drivers which of course worked for a different firm "

On the outward journey I did find it a bit surprising to receive a phone call one hour before we left, at 6.30 in the morning, to tell us we needed to pay an extra £30 for a car bigger than the one we'd ordered, to accommodate our luggage, though. An Uber would have been far cheaper, and that is what I ended up taking. I work for a charity and that charity has had to fork out £15 more than the cost of an Uber for a taxi which did not turn up. This is an example of the worst service I have received. If I was to provide that sort of service, I wouldn't bother getting up in the morning."

If we had a criticism it was that the Oremier Inn has two exit doors and I was watching from one while the driver went to the other. "The driver was 1 hour and 10 minutes late, this made me extremely late for an important meeting which I will now have to reschedule. The driver didn't have a satnav out so he asked me where to go a couple of times. He was driving well below the speed limit and not responding to green lights. He was distracted using his phone sometimes, so his attention was not on the road.  As I mentioned above, I was incredibly late already and he decided to drive 50mph on the motorway which wasted even more of my time. He would randomly brake often for no apparent reason. Once we reached London he was shouted at twice by 2 cyclists, one told him to move his car because he was just sitting in the lane not moving for no reason. And the other he almost hit twice so the cyclist came up to the window and shouted at him telling him how he almost hit him a couple of times. "

On the outward journey I did find it a bit surprising to receive a phone call one hour before we left, at 6.30 in the morning, to tell us we needed to pay an extra £30 for a car bigger than the one we'd ordered, to accommodate our luggage, though. Would definitely rather have been told this further in advance and not while we were rushing to get ready. But, otherwise very happy."

"The driver was 1 hour and 10 minutes late, this made me extremely late for an important meeting which I will now have to reschedule. The driver didn't have a satnav out so he asked me where to go a couple of times. He was driving well below the speed limit and not responding to green lights. He was distracted using his phone sometimes, so his attention was not on the road.  As I mentioned above, I was incredibly late already and he decided to drive 50mph on the motorway which wasted even more of my time. He would randomly brake often for no apparent reason. Once we reached London he was shouted at twice by 2 cyclists, one told him to move his car because he was just sitting in the lane not moving for no reason. And the other he almost hit twice so the cyclist came up to the window and shouted at him telling him how he almost hit him a couple of times. "
