"The Taxi driver was very courteous, on time, the communication was good throughout and the vehicle would have been perfect. However my Manager's client meeting overran by over 30 mins so the driver had to leave for another airport pick-up and we had to consider this as a no show - for reasons beyond my and the driver's control. I would recommend this driver though as he was very honest and straightforward throughout."
